Concrete Flatwork Foreman

Hiring for the spring start for the 2025 season

The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location.

About Us: Summit Siteworks is an established concrete company that operates in the Fargo ND area. We at Summit Siteworks value our employees and strive to provide a positive working atmosphere.

Pay: starting at $30 per hour, more depending on experience

Benefits: Summit Siteworks offers company paid health insurance, dental, vision and life insurance for the employee. Retirement plans include a pension and 401K with a 3% match. Annual holiday party that brings together the employees and their families, with presents purchased for all. Protential for a Christmas bonus and a spring bonus.

Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed

Requirements/Duties:

  • Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete
  • Must be able to read and follow blueprints
  • Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers
  • Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
  • Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Responsible for the crew efficiency
  • Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner
  • Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy
  • Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
  • Lead by example
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning
